MyEnergy account deletion

How to easily delete your MyEnergy account from within the app.

You can delete your MyEnergy account from within the MyEnergy app. 

Navigate to More → My Account and tap the Delete account button. For more information visit the MyEnergy user guide

Deleting your MyEnergy account will permanently delete:

• Your account details
• Any sites associated with your account.

Energy monitoring data is not deleted when you delete your MyEnergy account but can be deleted on request.
