How do I change the label names or categories for the channels in the Dashboard?

Channel categories and labels need to be changed by your installer or the Wattwatchers support team.

Access to the Onboarding tool used by installers is required to change the categories and names of circuits in the Dashboard. Please contact your installer to update the configuration.

If your installer is unable to change the configuration on your behalf, please ask them to log a ticket with the Wattwatchers support team.

If this is not resolved by your installer, you may also log a ticket with the Wattwatchers support team.
