What are the payment options?
Subscription payments are pre-paid yearly via direct debit.


When does the subscription start?
The subscription of any Auditor starts as soon as it is delivered and is now billed yearly.  This means that all hardware, including that stored in inventory, will incur charges.


What does my subscription include? 
Your subscription provides access to our latest software tools, the MyEnergy app with a range of new and enhanced features, cellular data coverage to our servers, priority support, and more.


If I cancel my subscription, what happens to the Auditor device?
The Auditor device SIM card will be deactivated, and your subscription billing will cease. You may choose to remove the Auditor device or keep it installed, but it will remain powered on until you manually switch it off. If you are selling your property with the Auditor device(s) and wish to transfer ownership, please contact our support team using the details below.


How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please email support@wattwatchers.com.au Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period.
