Some jurisdictions require specific hardware variants and SIMs to operate correctly.
Our SIMs and hardware may operate in more countries than those listed above. As a first step, confirm that the country you are seeking to operate in is in the list of Soracom supported countries.
Our current Auditor 6M and 3RM products are designed to operate on both the 3G and 4G networks. Future products may only support 4G.
If you are wanting to install in a country not listed above, we strongly recommend you undertake installation and testing of a small number of devices, before placing larger orders. Please contact our sales team if you would like to commence such testing. Note that Wattwatchers is not able to provide on-ground support for testing, and there is no guarantee that our devices will work in a specific country, even if it ‘theoretically’ should work.
